  RE: Client first!!!?????   Dear Suntrust, I attempted to use your 'online' procedures to open a totally new account back in March 2017.  Your website would not proceed or advance to the next step so I could not complete the online process.  I had told the customer service representative in the branch I went to for assistance in the matter.  She lied to my face and told me that it would be no problem she would make note into my account of the promotion and supposedly took care of the matter when she open my new account.  I followed all the requirements as stated on the promotion page, however did not receive the $200.00 as stated.  When I inquired about not receiving the $200.00 into my account.  The representative, Sean Curry, in charge of investigating the matter spoke to the branch rep who opened my account and she told him I never mentioned the promotion to her.  Why would I go through all the procedures, time, and trouble of following the guidelines to be denied the promotional gift?  As far as I am concerned as soon as I get the chance I will be switching to another bank because my 'TRUST' in Suntrust no longer exists.
